Lots of scenes like this around the ‘hood this morning. Downed/split trees, broken limbs, blown down fences.

This neighbor’s 10+ year old Bradford Pear was split down the middle. The half that’s left is probably not salvageable.

No damage at the Semitough Love Ranchette and Trailer Court but weather goobs are calling for more of the same this evening. I hate to complain, I’m glad the drought’s ending and all that, but howzabout some light soaking rain and keep all this severe stuff away?
