So it’s been a bunch of days since I’ve posted. So belated Merry Christmas to everyone. But I had a forgotten password problem , compounded by inability to access the old email account I used to set this thing up many many moons ago, and couldn’t login. Not only here, but also on my super encrypted double secret journal software.

The good news here was all I had to do was prove my ownership. “All” I had to do. Basically I had to comb through a decade of email history to locate a transaction number from back in the day to “prove” that I am the person who wrote all this crap.

So you might say, “But tough, it’s been three weeks, did it really take that long to find an email? Well that’s where the encrypted double secret journal comes in. For that software package, it is so secret that you are the only person who knows the password. There is no account recovery or password recovery. The only option is to delete the account and start all over.

So I did, I spent three weeks re-creating 3 months worth of journal entries from .pdf files. Copy, Paste, Reformat. Over 70 entries.

So, that’s where I’ve been and why it took so long. You asked.
